Q: Are all the materials I need included in the kit ?
A: Every kit contains fabric, threads, needle, instructions, black and white chart and colour image. Card kits include coloured three-fold card with aperture and envelope as well. Little Stitchers kits contain a colour-blocked chart for ease.

Q: Are your charts available in colour ?
A: The only colour charts we supply are in the Little Stitchers range; all others are black and white symbol charts.

Q: Are there any fractional stitches, back stitches or any other type of stitches ?
A: Our range of Florals, Butterflies and Samplers may contain fractional stitches, and most of our kits use backstitch. There are a very small number of fractional and back stitches in the Little Stitchers range. 

Q: Can I copy the chart to give to a friend ?
A: Sorry, but this is not possible under copyright. You can make a photocopy  for your private use to mark off your work but you cannot copy it to sell or give to anyone else.

Q: How easy are your designs ?
A: This is a personal opinion, but we feel that our Florals, Butterflies and Samplers range in difficulty from easy to moderate. Some of our newer designs are for the more advanced stitcher. Our Little Stitchers range uses mainly full stitches, large blocks of colour and has a colour-blocked chart to help the novice stitcher.

Q: Do you supply other manufacturers kits ?
A: Sorry, we only supply our own exclusive kits and we have no plans at present to stock other manufacturers kits.

Q: Can you get other kits for me ?
A: Sorry, but if it is not on our website, we cannot supply it.

Q: Do you have a shop anywhere ?
A: No, we are largely an online / mail order supplier. Some shops may stock our kits, and you can find us at some craft / trade fairs, but we do not have our own shop.

Q: I don't trust the internet. Can I order any other way ?
A: Yes, you can order through the post. Our address is on the website and you can enclose a cheque. Alternatively you can email your order or phone us, then post a cheque to us. We will reserve your order until your cheque arrives. Please dop not send money through the post. We should also add that our website is XHTML 1.0 Strict validated to W3C standards and our payments are taken by PayPal, an internationally recognised secure payment system.

Q: Do you sell any other products such as knitting needles, wool, card making materials ?
A: Sorry but we only supply our range of needlework kits.

Q: What if there is something missing from the kit, or if there isn't enough thread to finish it ?
A: Mistakes do happen - we are only human! In the rare event that we haven't sent you a needle or not enough thread, just phone or email us and we will send the missing items free.

Q: Do you use good quality materials ?
A: We pride ourselves on the high quality of our Cross Stitch and Counted Thread Kits. We use DMC stranded cotton, Anchor Soft cotton or Anchor Tapisserie wool for our kits. We have a number of suppliers of fabrics, but in the main we use DMC or Coats fabrics.

Q: What type of fabrics do you use ?
A: All our Cross Stitch Kits use 14 count White Aida. Our Little Stitchers range uses 6 count Aida. Our range of Tapestries is currently under production but we will use an  interlock canvas.

Q: How do I pay over the internet ?
A: Payments are taken via Paypal and you can use any credit or debit card.

Q: Is it safe to make payments over the Internet ?
A: We do it ourselves so we understand your concern. We have made sure that our payment system is secure and we NEVER disclose your details to others. Our website is XHTML 1.0 Strict validated to W3C standards and our payments are taken by PayPal, an internationally recognised secure payment system.

Q: How long will my order take to reach me ?
A: We aim to get your order in the post within 3 days, but there are times when it is busy so please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. If you live outside the UK, it may take a little longer.

Q: How will I know that you have received my order ?
A: You will receive an email confirming your order. This is an automated response, so please do not reply to it. If you need to contact us use the contact page on our site.

Q: I live abroad and I want to pay in a different currency, How do I do that ?
A: Paypal will take care of all currency conversions.

Q: Do your prices include Postage & Packaging ?
A: All or prices include P&P within the UK.
